At our SRG helpdesk, we are always available to support you. Whether you have questions about your sexual and reproductive health, need advice, or just want to share your story, you can reach us by e-mail or WhatsApp. We can also assist in finding the right care provider through our network. Our team is here to assist with any inquiries regarding women’s and men’s health topics such as:
- Sexual Transmitted Infections (STI’s), HIV and PrEP
- Referral to public health services
- Family planning (including sterilization)
- Unwanted pregnancies (abortion)
- Relations, sex and sexuality
- Violence
- Contraception
- Getting pregnant
- Cervical screening (PAP smear)
- Gynecological examination

Outreach activities
Our SRG program offers services in different cities, including Amsterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, Eindhoven, Nijmegen, and Groningen. A few times a year, from our SRG bus, we offer advice and testing with regards to sexual and reproductive health, including PAP smears. If necessary we conduct gynecological examinations and we can make referrals to the right healthcare provider.

Informative sessions and Collaborations
In addition to providing care, we organize interactive information sessions related to sexual and reproductive health topics. In collaboration with community centers, migrant organizations, and other social partners, we host informative meetings. These sessions are interactive and aimed at raising awareness and sharing knowledge.

Are you a healthcare professional with questions about providing care for (undocumented) migrants? We are also here to support healthcare providers. Our National helpdesk can provide guidance and assist in delivering the right information about this topic. We work closely with various healthcare organizations and can refer you to the right services.

SRG Consultation hours in Amsterdam

Please note: this is also the email address and phone number from which you will receive test results and appointment reminders. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance via this email or phone number.
Our consultation hours are:
- Every Monday (variable times in the morning/afternoon) at Zorgplein Osdorp at Osdorpplein 582 in Amsterdam (see route description below).
- Every Thursday from 10:00 to 13:00 at Nieuwe Herengracht 20 in Amsterdam (next to the World House).
You can reach the entrance of the Zorgplein in two ways:
1. Main entrance from Osdorpplein; The main entrance to Zorgplein is located on the side of the building opposite the Jumbo entrance. There is an escalator that takes you directly to the Zorgplein.
2. Side entrance next to Lidl; also for the disabled: If you come from the street side, you can enter the Zorgplein directly next to the Lidl entrance. Walk inside to the elevator – go to the 1st floor – then walk out of the parking garage to the right, towards the sliding doors. Just walk through the parking garage and you will see the sign: Entrance Zorgplein Osdorp.
