General practitioner care from Doctors of the World
Dokters van de Wereld offers general practitioner care at the primary health care center. The primary health care center is intended for people who find it difficult to access regular care, in particular for people without residence papers (undocumented migrants).

Team and care
The Medical Post team consists of general practitioners, doctors, practice managers and hosts. The consultations are done by the general practitioner or by a doctor who is supervised by a general practitioner. The hosts take care of the reception and welcome, and help to answer questions about the Dutch healthcare system. The practice managers take care of the running of the practice.The care offered by the Health Post resembles that of a regular Dutch general practice. There is specific experience in providing care to undocumented people. Dokters van de Wereld also has oral care, sexual and reproductive health care and psycho-social support programs that can be referred to.
Consultation hours
The Health Post offers consultations on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon from 1-5 pm. If you want to come by, please call first for an appointment.

You can reach the entrance of the Zorgplein in two ways:
1. Main entrance from Osdorpplein; The main entrance to Zorgplein is located on the side of the building opposite the Jumbo entrance. There is an escalator that takes you directly to the Zorgplein.
2. Side entrance next to Lidl; also for the disabled: If you come from the street side, you can enter the Zorgplein directly next to the Lidl entrance. Walk inside to the elevator – go to the 1st floor – then walk out of the parking garage to the right, towards the sliding doors. Just walk through the parking garage and you will see the sign: Entrance Zorgplein Osdorp.

Medische Post in Amsterdam | Huisartsenzorg van Dokters van de Wereld
Dokters van de Wereld biedt huisartsenzorg op de Medische Post. De Medische Post is bedoeld voor mensen die moeilijk terecht kunnen binnen de reguliere zorg, met name voor mensen zonder verblijfspapieren (ongedocumenteerden).

Team en zorgaanbod
Het team van de Medische Post bestaat uit huisartsen, artsen, praktijkmanagers en hosts. De spreekuren worden door de huisarts gehouden of door een arts die gesuperviseerd wordt door een huisarts. De hosts zorgen voor de ontvangst en welkom, en helpen met het wegwijs maken in het Nederlands zorgsysteem. De praktijkmanagers zorgen voor het reilen en zeilen van de praktijk.
Het zorgaanbod van de Medische Post lijkt op dat van een reguliere huisartsenpraktijk. Er is specifiek ervaring met het bieden van zorg aan ongedocumenteerde mensen. Dokters van de Wereld heeft daarnaast een mondzorg, seksuele en reproductieve gezondheidszorg en psycho-sociale ondersteunings programmsa waarnaar doorverwezen kan worden.

De Medische Post heeft spreekuren op maandag, woensdag en vrijdagmiddag van 13-17. Wilt u langskomen, belt u dan eerst voor een afspraak.

Routebeschrijving naar Zorgplein Osdorp – Hoe kom ik bij het zorgplein?

Zorgplein Osdorp is goed bereikbaar met het OV. Tram 1 en tram 17 vertrekken vanaf tramhalte Amsterdam Centraal of vanaf Amsterdam Lelylaan.
- Bij Tram 1 stapt u uit op halte Meer en Vaart. Vanaf hier is het nog 10 minuten lopen.
- Bij Tram 17 stapt u uit op halte Osdorpplein en is het nog 2 minuten lopen.

U kunt direct parkeren aan het Zorgplein Osdorp (1ste etage): De Heros parkeergarage ingang bevindt zich links van de Lidl, waarbij de auto op de eerste etage geparkeerd wordt. Het adres van de parkeergarage is Osdorpplein 571.
Vanaf het Osdorpplein naar het Zorgplein
Het Zorgplein bevindt zich op de 1e etage boven de Lidl op het Osdorpplein. Je kan de ingang van het Zorgplein op twee manieren bereiken:
Hoofdingang vanaf Osdorpplein: De hoofdingang van het Zorgplein bevindt zich aan de zijkant van het gebouw tegenover de Jumbo-ingang. Er is een roltrap waarmee je direct op het Zorgplein uitkomt.
Zijingang naast Lidl: *ook voor minder valide: Kom je vanaf de straatkant dan kun je naast de ingang van de Lidl direct ingang Zorgplein in. Loop naar binnen naar de lift – ga naar de 1ste etage – loop vervolgens de parkeergarage uit naar rechts, richting de schuifdeuren. Even lopen door de parkeergarage en je ziet het bord: Ingang Zorgplein Osdorp.
